Shipping Costs

Norway:

• 58 NOK – Without tracking

• 73 NOK – With tracking

Europe (selected countries – see list below):

• 130 NOK / 12 EUR – With tracking

USA:

• 145 NOK / 13 USD – Without tracking

• 400 NOK / 36 USD – With tracking

We try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 working days for your orders to be dispatched. Delivery times are estimates.

Import taxes and duties may apply, and is not included in our price. Please note, that if you refuse to pay the import fee on your order and the package is returned to us, the shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund.

Welhavens is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes

Welhavens are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Norway:

Your order will be shipped within 5 days (often 1-2 days). Please also allow approx. 2-4 working days for shipping carried out by Bring. The fee will be 58/73 NOK and the last price is trackable.

We also offer “click and collect” from our studio in Welhavensgate, Bergen. Please contact us by mail or DM on instagram to make the arrangements.

International:

We ship worldwide, with some exceptions.

If you don’t see your country in the meny, please contact us, and we will be happy to find a solution for shipping to you. Import taxes and duties may apply.

Europe:

Your order will be shipped within 5 days (often 1-2 days). Please also allow approx. 2-7 working days for shipping .

The fee will be:

Your order will be shipped within 5 days (often 1-2 days). Please also allow approx. 4-12 working days for shipping. The fee will be 250 NOK (approx. 25 euro, depending on the exchange rate).
